Common questions
- How often should AC be serviced in Abu Dhabi?
- Most systems here need a service every three months. Heat keeps them running almost all year and dust clogs filters and coils far faster than in a milder climate, so an AC that is only serviced when it stops cooling has usually been wasting power for months.
- Why is my AC running but not cooling properly?
- The most common causes are a blocked filter, dirty coils, a refrigerant problem or a controls fault. A service finds which one before you pay for parts or a replacement unit.
- Why is water leaking from my indoor unit?
- Usually a blocked condensate drain or tray. Clearing it is part of every routine service, and catching it early avoids water damage to ceilings and walls.
- Do you cover Mussafah?
